Owning the US commercial strategy, the full-time remote Category Lead will manage pricing, promotions, demand forecasting, and inventory positioning to drive revenue growth and protect margin. Key Responsibilities Take accountability for the Category P&L, delivering on revenue and profitability targets Collaborate with marketing to build promotional strategies and manage the commercial calendar Lead the Sales & Operations Planning process to align category plans with demand signals and commercial reality Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in category management or commercial roles within eCommerce or DTC environments Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive pricing and performance decisions Proven experience influencing P&L outcomes and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships Familiarity with inventory planning and demand forecasting Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
