We are seeking an experienced and skilled Foreman to join our team at Allaire Health Services in Morristown, NJ. As a Foreman, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by overseeing maintenance, repairs, and renovations. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance and repair personnel to ensure the efficient and effective maintenance of our facilities

• Conduct routine inspections of our facilities to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance and repair work is completed in a way that minimizes disruptions to our operations

• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that all maintenance and repair work meets our high standards

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including repairs, replacements, and modifications

• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements, including OSHA and HIPAA

• Other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry

• Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures and best practices

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
