Petrie, Storer & Associates, DDS | Dental Assistant | Full Time

Our growing practice is looking to add a Full Time Dental Assistant to our friendly and compassionate team! At Petrie, Storer & Associates, DDS, we are committed to improving oral health and helping patients achieve their best smiles in a welcoming, family-like environment.

We’re seeking someone who is friendly, dependable, and passionate about patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort patients to treatment rooms
• Assist the dentist chairside during procedures
• Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
• Review medical histories and ensure all documentation is complete
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories
• Maintain infection control and safety standards
• Provide patient education and post-operative instructions
• Stock and organize clinical supplies and operatories
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments based on daily schedule
• Help maintain dental equipment and ensure proper functionality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Dental Assistant experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
• Coronal polishing certificate preferred
• Dentrix experience is a plus
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Work Schedule:

• Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (every other Saturday)
