  • Inspect apartments to ensure they are guest-ready and welcoming
  • Stock, organize, and maintain housewares, linens, and cleaning supplies
  • Monitor inventory and report supply needs
  • Drive a company vehicle between apartment locations throughout the Baton Rouge area
  • Interact professionally with residents when performing housekeeping services

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Professional and friendly when interacting with guests and residents
  • Strong work ethic and pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Ideal Experience

We particularly encourage applicants with experience in:

  • Residential house cleaning
  • Apartment turnover cleaning
  • Vacation rental or Airbnb cleaning
  • Property management cleaning
  • Hotel housekeeping
  • Professional cleaning services

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday through Friday

  • No evenings
  • No weekends

Pay & Benefits

  • $15-$16 per hour
  • Weekly pay
  • Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
  • Paid time off
  • Paid holidays
  • Tuition reimbursement

Why Join Viciniti?

As an employee-owned company, every team member has a direct impact on our success and shares in that success through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan. We offer a supportive team environment, excellent benefits, and a Monday-Friday schedule that allows you to enjoy your evenings and weekends.
