Working Hours: 21 hours per week

Location: Columbia Central, Steger School District

About the Role: Hello, Speech Language Pathologists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist Supervisor for a school setting in Steger, IL.

What You'll Do:

Provide speech and language evaluations to assigned students

Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs

Supervise SLPAs

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication and learning

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to service recommendations

Maintain compliant and confidential student records in accordance with regulations

What We're Looking For:

Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School SLP endorsement

Valid Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation SLP license

Master's Degree from a Professional Standards Commission approved accredited college or university in Speech Language Therapy

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

School-based experience preferred, not required
