Police-Embedded Behavioral Health Clinician

The Jail Diversion Program Coordinator (JDP) is embedded within the Woburn Police Department and co-responds with officers to calls in the community for people who are experiencing mental health or substance use issues. The JDP must be available to assist officers with calls for individuals exhibiting signs of mental distress, to provide assessments in the community or at the police station and deliver rapid access to community services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
