High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3-5 years of lead HVAC installation experience required Technical school certification in HVAC technology preferred EPA 608 Certification preferred (training available if needed) Valid driver's license ServiceTitan experience required Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and mechanical components Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and installation specifications Proficiency with HVAC diagnostic tools and software Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Ability to lift and maneuver 50+ pounds Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work in confined spaces as needed Ability to travel throughout the service territory Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment Employees are expected to provide their own basic hand tools Commitment to ongoing technical, sales, and professional development training BAEHR Heating & Air is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
