AI Program Management Lead

Hybrid role with average 2 days per week from an HPE office. Key Responsibilities AI Strategy & Execution Define and lead the AI roadmap for the PSM organization aligned to business priorities and HPE’s AI strategy Identify high-impact use cases across messaging, content creation, campaign execution, competitive intelligence, and day-to-day product marketing activities Prioritize and deliver AI-driven initiatives that improve productivity and business outcomes Work with the HPE AI teams to ensure PSM alignment on priorities, tool integration, HPE compliance, and end-to-end workflow Program Leadership Lead end-to-end AI programs, from ideation through implementation and scale Establish governance, success metrics, and reporting for AI initiatives Manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment across multiple concurrent projects AI Tools & Technology Enablement Partner closely with Marketing Technology, IT, Data, and Security teams to evaluate, select, and deploy AI tools and platforms Help define requirements and ensure tools integrate effectively into existing workflows Stay current on emerging AI technologies (generative AI, copilots, agents) and assess their applicability AI Agents & Workflow Automation Design and help develop AI-powered agents and automated workflows to support Product Marketing functions Collaborate with technical teams or vendors to build, test, and refine solutions Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs Use available AI tools and also identify and advocate for AI tools not already within HPE Change Management & Enablement Drive adoption of AI tools and processes across the PSM organization Develop training programs, playbooks, and best practices Act as a change agent—helping our team shift behaviors, mindsets, and ways of working Cross-Functional Collaboration Engage with senior leadership to align AI initiatives with strategic priorities Work closely with HPE AI Teams and IT, as well as Marketing AI and MarTech teams Serve as the primary point of contact for AI within Product Marketing Qualifications Required 7–12+ years of experience in product marketing, program management, or related roles Proven experience leading cross-functional programs or transformation initiatives Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially generative AI and workflow automation Experience building or deploying AI agents, copilots, or automation workflows Experience working with AI tools (LLM platforms, copilots, automation tools) Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Preferred Background working with IT, data, or engineering teams on tool implementation Familiarity with prompt engineering, model evaluation, or AI governance Experience in B2B or enterprise technology environments Key Competencies Strategic thinking with strong execution focus Curiosity and continuous learning mindset in a rapidly evolving space Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical business applications Strong program and stakeholder management skills Influence without authority Benefits Health & Wellbeing: We strive to provide a comprehensive suite of benefits supporting physical, financial and emotional wellbeing. For more details, visit Compensation Salary ranges (United States): Annual Salary USD 135,500 - 275,000 in California; 119,500 - 275,000 in Texas.
