About the Role:

Join our passionate team at Scenthound Euless as a Scent Tech - Groomer In Training! This exciting opportunity allows you to learn the art of pet grooming while providing exceptional care to our furry friends in a fun and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in grooming services including bathing, drying, and brushing pets.
• Learn and apply proper grooming techniques under the guidance of experienced groomers.
• Maintain a clean and organized grooming area to ensure a safe environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to pet owners, answering questions and offering advice.
• Monitor the health and behavior of pets during grooming sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.
• Help with scheduling appointments and managing client communications.
• Assist in retail sales of pet grooming products and supplies.

Requirements:

• Passion for animals and a desire to learn grooming skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience with pets preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to undergo training and obtain grooming certifications.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service.
• Ability to lift and handle dogs of various sizes.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
