Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) MDHA serves Nashville and Davidson County. The mission of MDHA is to create quality affordable housing opportunities, support neighborhoods, strengthen communities, and help build a greater Nashville. MDHA employs over 300 staff members, has a budget of $215 million, and houses approximately 30,000 people, primarily through nearly 8,000 Section 8 Vouchers and over 6,800 apartments, which are mainly Project-Based Rental Assistance (PBRA) units, at 39 properties. MDHA is a housing authority, a community development agency, and a redevelopment agency. Position Summary The Compliance Manager performs compliance monitoring, tenant file reviews, deficiency tracking, and corrective action follow-up across MDHA-managed and third-party managed properties. The role operates under the day-to-day direction of the Senior Compliance Manager and the overall leadership of the Director of Compliance and Risk Management, with responsibility for carrying out standardized control activities that support audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and portfolio oversight. This person works closely with the Senior Compliance Manager, addressing compliance determinations, high-risk findings, systemic issues, and recommended corrective action strategies that are escalated through the Senior Compliance Manager to the Director for final review and approval. #J-18808-Ljbffr Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency
