Salesforce Business Analyst (Order Management)

Job Description - Salesforce BSA (Order Management)

Location : Dallas,TX or Redwood city CA -(Hybrid) Need locals

Analyze and document business requirements for Order Management processes within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to design scalable Salesforce solutions.
Configure and support Salesforce Order Management, Sales Cloud, and related integrations.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Coordinate with developers and QA teams for testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce, ERP, payment, and fulfillment systems.
Drive UAT sessions, user training, and process improvement initiatives for order lifecycle management.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements aligned with business goals
