Looking for someone to join our Driver Care Team as a Senior Care Driver to safely and efficiently drive elderly passengers in a mini-van sized vehicle to and from appointments, activities, etc on-time, while paying attention to riders’ health, and maintaining a clean vehicle. Regular, California class C license in good standing required.

Job Duties & Requirements:

- Arrive each day well rested, clean, on time, and with a positive professional attitude.

- Safely drive passengers to and from destinations while obeying all traffic laws and safety procedures in appropriate vehicle.

- Reliable and trustworthy.

- Be courteous, helpful, observant, and kind to all passengers and facility staff you encounter.

- Great time management and able to read a map/smartphone directions.

- Choose the most efficient, appropriate, and safest route to and from destinations.

- Communicate effectively with passengers, clients, manager, etc. as needed.

- Be strong enough to push a wheelchair, able to lift 100 lbs, agile enough to bend down and maneuver around seats as needed.

- Clean and refuel vehicles as needed and in accordance with company guidelines and checklists.

- Dress appropriately and be well groomed and hygienic.

- Wear mask and gloves and use sanitizer in accordance with guidelines communicated.

- Have or get vaccinations for Hepatitis, Covid, flu, and others as required by industry.

- Pass background check, drug test(s), and drivers license in good standing.

- Potential for take home car considerations.

- Other items as communicated.

Hours:

- Part Time / Split Shift. Monday – Friday.

- Window of trips 6am – 6pm with personal gaps in between.

Compensation:

Compensation by trip and daily bonus. Weekly average $100-$150/day part time.

Sign on Bonus after 3 months of exceptional performance.
