Previous automotive experience is not required. If you have sales or customer-service experience, a strong work ethic, and the willingness to learn, we will provide the training, tools, and support you need to build a successful career in automotive sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer professionally and provide an exceptional dealership experience.
• Identify each customers needs by asking thoughtful questions and listening carefully.
• Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle.
• Deliver professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
• Explain vehicle features, performance, technology, benefits, and available options.
• Build strong relationships and maintain consistent follow-up with customers.
• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and sales opportunities.
• Learn to overcome objections, negotiate effectively, and confidently close sales.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the dealerships CRM.
• Follow all company sales processes, policies, and professional standards.
• Work with sales management to achieve individual and dealership performance goals.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer-service experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• A self-starter mentality with a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Customer-focused, professional, and team-oriented.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with confidence handling objections and negotiations.
• High energy and enthusiasm throughout the workday.
• Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and continuously improve.
• Comfortable using technology and communicating by phone, text, and email.
• Career-oriented with a desire for long-term growth.
• Valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record.
