Mechanical AssemblerLocation: Plymouth Meeting, PA Pay Rate: $17.00/hour to start with a performance-based increase to $18.00-$19.00/hour after 90 days Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime: Available on Fridays as needed *This position is not accessible by Public Transportation*Join a Team That Values Quality and GrowthWe're seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Plymouth Meeting, PA. This is a hands-on opportunity for candidates who enjoy building products, working with tools, and being part of a team-focused environment. With a consistent four-day work week and the opportunity for a performance-based raise after three months, this role offers both stability and growth potential.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble piping subassemblies, spool pieces, manifolds, headers, and hose stations using hand tools and specialized shop equipment.Follow assembly instructions, specifications, and production standards to ensure quality workmanship.Package custom accessory kits ranging from small bagged components to fully boxed assemblies for OEM customers.Perform visual inspections and maintain accurate documentation throughout the assembly process.Ensure compliance with quality standards, batch processes, and production requirements.Apply product labels, shrink-wrap products, and prepare orders for shipment.Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations, tools, and equipment.Support team production goals and assist with additional manufacturing tasks as needed.QualificationsPrevious manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or mechanical experience preferred.Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality procedures.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Dependable attendance and positive attitude.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and move throughout a 10-hour shift.Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks.Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.What's OfferedStarting pay of $17/hour Performance-based raise to $18-$19/hour after 90 days Four-day work week (Monday-Thursday) Overtime opportunities available on Fridays Stable, long-term employment opportunity Supportive team environment Opportunity for advancement and skill developmentApply Today!If you enjoy hands-on work, have a strong work ethic, and are looking for an opportunity to grow with a company that rewards performance, we'd love to hear from you.
