Assistant Project Manager

We're recruiting on behalf of an established and growing multifamily general contractor based near the Battery in Marietta with 20+ years of experience and over 10,000 apartment units built across the Southeast. This is a team that knows how to build — and more importantly, knows how to develop people. The Opportunity This is a field‑based APM seat with real ownership from day one. You'll work directly alongside a Senior Project Manager on active multifamily projects across metro Atlanta — managing subs, tracking budgets and schedules, and learning the full construction lifecycle from the ground up. The team is tight‑knit, highly motivated, and built for people who want to grow.
