CNC Machine Operator

CNC Machine OperatorWe are seeking a dependable CNC Machine Operator for one of our clients in Little Rock, AR. The CNC Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce accurate, high-quality parts. This role requires previous CNC experience, strong math skills, and the ability to read blueprints and follow specifications. Experience with Walter CNC machines is strongly preferred. The ideal CNC Machine Operator is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision partsPerform CNC programming and make machine adjustments as neededRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specificationsMeasure and inspect parts using precision measuring toolsTroubleshoot machining and programming issuesMaintain machine performance and report mechanical concernsKeep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standardsFollow all quality control procedures and production guidelinesQualificationsPrevious experience as a CNC Machine Operator requiredWalter CNC machine experience strongly preferredStrong math skills, including measurements, tolerances, and calculationsExperience with CNC programming and machine setupAbility to read and understand blueprints and technical drawingsHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentClean background required
