Overnight Maintenance Technician

Position Overview Join a high-end, luxury resort's engineering/maintenance team to ensure the optimal operation of a state-of-the-art property featuring hotel, residences, meeting spaces, retail, and restaurants. This role involves providing professional, safe, and personalized maintenance services across multiple shifts, responding to guest and staff requests, performing preventive maintenance, and coordinating with vendors. Responsibilities include maintaining property assets, completing work orders, managing inventory, cleaning pools and hot tubs, and conducting limited snow removal. Qualifications & Skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-trust environment Strong communication skills in English Comfort with technology, diagnostic platforms, and work order systems Physical ability to climb ladders, work at heights up to 35 feet, and lift at least 50 pounds Valid Colorado Driver’s License and ability to obtain a CPO certification within 60 days Knowledge of safety protocols (OSHA, MSDS, lock out/tag out) Experience or skills in industrial appliance maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or carpentry are preferred Key Duties Perform repairs and preventive maintenance in guest rooms, residences, and public areas Respond promptly to maintenance requests with professionalism and a guest-focused mindset Operate and troubleshoot building systems and equipment Coordinate with vendors and manage inventory of parts Maintain safety standards and complete necessary logs Assist with pool, hot tub, and limited snow removal tasks Participate in training and professional development activities #J-18808-Ljbffr CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC.
