Our organization is in search of a Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist to become a part of our established practice in Dyer, Indiana.
WHAT WE REQUIREThe ideal candidate should prioritize clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. We are looking for someone with outstanding interpersonal abilities who can collaborate effectively with our current medical team to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
WHAT TO EXPECTIn our healthcare services, we adhere to a patient-centered approach while serving our community.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., including hospital rounds.
Weekday Call: 1:4, covering patients of other physicians.
Weekend & Holiday Call: 1:4.
Preferred Experience: Robotic and laparoscopic procedures.
Average Outpatient Volume: 20 - 25 patients daily.
Average Inpatient Volume: 5 - 10 patients daily.
Common Diagnoses Include:
- Obstruction
- Prostate cancer
- Hematuria
- Urinary incontinence
- Bladder cancer
Common Procedures Include:
- Cystoscopy (including PVP, TURBT, bladder biopsy, stent placement)
- Ureteroscopy
- Prostate biopsy
- Robotic prostatectomy
- Laparoscopic nephrectomy/partial nephrectomy

Travel may be required for this position, but it is infrequent.
