What You’ll Be Doing Teach hands‑on electrical skills using real equipment and real‑world scenarios Demonstrate proper installation, wiring methods, and safety procedures Share jobsite knowledge, troubleshooting techniques, and code best practices Mentor students at different skill levels — from beginners to advanced learners Prepare students for licensing, certification, and real‑world success Participate in paid training and ongoing professional development Work independently while being supported by an experienced education team No lesson plans from scratch, no education degree required — we provide curriculum, training, and support. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Valid E‑1 or E‑2 Electrical license At least 3 years of hands‑on electrical experience Strong understanding of electrical theory, wiring methods, and safety standards Ability to work independently and manage your day Strong communication and organization skills Why This Role?
