Corporate Recruiter

Raymond West Intralogistics Solutions is hiring a Recruiter to source, attract, and select top talent for our workforce. Key Responsibilities Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Coordinate job posting, candidate communication, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices, interview techniques, and candidate assessment. Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices. Utilize networking events and industry contacts to attract qualified talent. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and hiring decisions. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and employment laws to ensure compliance. Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities. Coordinate with external recruiters and recruitment agencies to expand candidate reach. Required Skills & Abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions. Excellent interpersonal skills, building rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices. Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving mentality. Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment with ATS usage. Ability to coach hiring managers on best practices and provide constructive feedback. Demonstrated organizational skills in managing recruitment processes and records. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends. Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to recruitment success. Education & Experience Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume setting. Bachelor’s degree preferred, along with relevant experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Pay Range Salary ranges from $66,000 to $80,000. Specific pay may be influenced by experience, education, and work location. Physical & Drug Screening Qualified candidates must pass a pre‑employment physical and drug screen.
