Temporary Working in U.S.A. (H2B)

The H2B project is a full-time work project in the United States with a working period of 1 to 3 years. Once the applicant starts working, they will not be able to change jobs.

Workplace: Tropicana Casino & Resort, Atlantic City, New Jersey, USA

Compensation: The regular hourly wage is nine twenty-five cents. Overtime pay is ten twenty-five cents per hour. Employees must work no less than forty hours per week. If they work more, it will be considered overtime. Employees work six days a week. If they work a regular schedule without overtime, they work seven hours per day. This equals nine twenty-five cents times seven, which is sixty-four seventy-five cents per day. Multiplied by twenty-six days, this totals one thousand six hundred eighty-three dollars and fifty cents per month. If they work overtime, they earn two hours times ten twenty-five cents, which is twenty-five dollars per day. Added to the six days of regular pay, this totals eighty-five seventy-five cents per day. Multiplied by twenty-six days, this totals two thousand two hundred sixty-six dollars and seventy-five cents per month. Estimated monthly income, including tips, ranges from one hundred thousand to one hundred thirty thousand baht.

Accommodation and Meals: The employer will provide accommodation at a monthly rent of one hundred twenty-five cents. There is an eight hundred fifty-five cent security deposit, which will be refunded at the end of the contract. The employer also provides free meals during working hours. The employer will arrange for air travel, but this will be deducted from the employee's monthly salary.

Included Costs: Registration fee, health insurance, operational costs, all employment documents required by the employer, visa fees, selection and interview process, and a security deposit of eight hundred fifty-five cents.

Excluded Costs: Airfare, which will be deducted from the employee's monthly salary.

Applicant Qualifications: Age between twenty-eight and forty years, able to communicate in English face-to-face and answer phone calls, good health, and suitable job qualifications.

Application Documents: A completed application form and one hundred thousand five hundred baht deposit, English-language personal history, and a full-body photograph.

Application Steps: Read the project details and complete the application form. Step 1: Submit an English-language work history, a full-body photograph, and a one hundred thousand five hundred baht deposit. Step 2: Submit documents for employer review, approximately three working days. The employer will respond if not selected. The one hundred thousand five hundred baht deposit will be refunded. If selected, proceed to the next step. Step 3: Complete various application forms for submission to the United States and the U.S. embassy in Thailand. Pay four hundred fifty thousand baht for processing. Document review takes about one month. If approved, proceed to the next step. If not, the company will refund three hundred thousand baht. Step 4: Pay the final fee of one million two hundred thousand baht, receive the air ticket from the employer, and proceed to work in the United States.

Total Costs: One hundred eighty thousand baht.
