Lead Vehicle Mechanic

Clean Harbors seeks a Lead Vehicle Mechanic to oversee maintenance and repair of our diverse fleet supporting environmental and industrial services. You will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on trucks and heavy equipment, manage preventive maintenance schedules, and ensure DOT, OSHA, and environmental compliance. This role leads and mentors mechanics, coordinates with operations to reduce downtime, and upholds our safety-first, environmentally responsible culture while supporting critical field work and emergency response operations.
