REQUIREMENTS

. Must be able to lead by example
Lead with the best customer service and efficiency
Must understand ordering and inventory levels
Must be able to make schedules and the flexibility to fill in on schedule changes
Exhibit good manners and neat personal appearance, proper personal hygiene Must be able to motivate and encourage employees by creating a positive, fun environment
