Active state dental license and DEA registration (as required). GPR or AEGD preferred. 3-5 years of proven proficiency in periodontic procedures including, but not limited to, implants, gum therapy, extractions, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
