Precious Hands Staffing Agency LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Spanish Speaking Caregiver to join our team in Grayson, GA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients who need personalized, culturally sensitive care. If you have a heart for helping others and the ability to communicate fluently in Spanish, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and their families to ensure comfort and understanding
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and adherence to dietary needs or restrictions
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and light physical activity or exercises
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe living environment
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (bilingual communication required)
- Previous caregiving, home health aide, or personal care assistant experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine passion for helping others
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts as needed
