Youth Outreach & Case Manager — Project BUILD
Durham County
Durham County Government is seeking a Project BUILD Outreach Worker to engage youth and young adults, ages 10-21, and their families. The role maintains a regular caseload of 15-25 participants, conducts intake assessments, and collaborates with schools, courts, and community partners. Strong documentation and teamwork are essential.
