Stone Mountain Pet Lodge is looking for friendly, outgoing Front Desk Agents who enjoy creating great customer experiences. As the first and last person our guests see, you'll play an important role in making every visit welcoming, organized, and professional. We're not just checking pets in and out. We're welcoming members of the family. We know many of our customers by nameand their pets by name too. We believe great customer service starts with genuine care for both people and their pets. This is a customer service position with opportunities to learn about pet care, grooming, daycare, lodging, and training while helping pet parents choose the services that are right for their pets. What You'll Do Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude Check pets in and out for lodging, daycare, grooming, and training Schedule reservations and answer questions by phone and in person Recommend services, activity packages, and retail products that benefit pets Process payments and maintain accurate records Keep the front desk clean, organized, and welcoming Work closely with our pet care and grooming teams to ensure excellent communication Help provide an exceptional experience for every customer and every pet What We're Looking For Friendly, positive personality Excellent customer service and communication skills Comfortable talking with customers in person and on the phone Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable with dependable transportation Available to work days, weekends and holidays Previous customer service experience is preferred but we're willing to train the right person Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods Lift up to 40 pounds Bend, reach, kneel, and climb stairs throughout the day Occasionally assist with pets entering and leaving the building Benefits Employee discounts Simple IRA with company match (must have completed one year of employment) Paid training and career development Full-time employees and part-time employees working 30+ hours per week are eligible for: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Opportunities for Growth We believe in promoting from within whenever possible.
