Details Outpatient physical therapy setting with ATI Physical Therapy in Chicopee, MA AM shift, 8 hours per day 13-week contract Requirements Active MA Physical Therapist license required; candidates may start with a compact license but must obtain full state licensure during the assignment SSN required for consideration 1 professional reference required for consideration Experience with InSync EMR preferred Additional Information Clinicians who have previously worked for this facility in a PRN or permanent capacity must have been separated for at least 1 calendar year before being eligible to return as a traveler License required if applicable Compensation Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
