We are seeking an accomplished senior-level Closing Attorney to lead and grow a real estate closing office in the Cary area. This is a management-level role for a proven professional who has in depth closing expertise with strong leadership and business development skills.
The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of real estate closing experience, a portable book of business, and a demonstrated ability to generate and expand closing volume. This role requires excellent client-facing skills, sound judgment, and the ability to effectively manage people, processes, and relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of a real estate closing office
- Handle residential and commercial closings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with realtors, lenders, and clients
- Lead, mentor, and manage staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional client service
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor and active North Carolina bar license
- Minimum of 5 years of real estate closing experience
- Established, portable book of business
- Proven business development capability
- Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
