About this position The Urgency Center Technician is responsible to provide supportive, comforting, and high‑quality care under the direction of the care team to patients and families. Actively and consistently demonstrates the mission, vision, values, and guiding principles of Clinic Services and Blaze Health. Helps manage the flow of patients throughout Clinic Services Requirements Education • Successful completion of an EMT program. Experience • 1+ years’ experience as a clinical technician in a clinic or hospital setting; emergency department‑specific experience desired. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to express ideas and information (both oral and written) clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English sufficiently to perform the essential functions of the position required.
• Skill in basic computer operations.
• Ability to be anticipatory to the needs of the patient; to take initiative, be self‑motivated and a proactive, independent, accountable, dependable performer.
• Demonstrated ability to deal with conflict in a positive manner. Has an awareness of, responds to, and considers the needs, feelings and capabilities of others.
