Pharmacy Manager (Pharmacist)

Pharmacy Manager – Albertsons Companies (Shaw’s) Main Responsibilities Actively deliver patient care services. Uphold operational standards including performance metrics, safety and compliance. Recruit, train and supervise pharmacy team. Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives that increase profitability. Oversee the financial performance of the pharmacy and act as pharmacist in charge under the Division Pharmacy Manager. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP). Active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing. Certified Immunizer required. At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting. Ability to work a variety of schedules. Benefits Competitive wages. Pay Transparency Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range.
