Immediate need for a talented Salesforce Business Analyst. This is a 06 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Tools: Salesforce, ServiceNow, Logik.io, Google Cloud Apps, Zoura, NetSuite
- Requirement documentation & gathering, stakeholder management, UAT, process mapping
