Engineer - Facilities

The Engineer - Facilities is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the facility, as well as providing outstanding guest service to internal and external guests. Responsibilities Ensure consistent high-quality service to all team members and guests. Responsible for general maintenance of all facilities on property. Basic knowledge of HVAC system, alarm system, and generators; perform routine maintenance. Perform basic painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other projects relating to maintenance of the property. Maintain, repair, and replace gaming table layouts as instructed by supervisor. Possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, written and verbal communication skills. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Maintain a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license. Maintain a valid driver’s license and a good driving record. Professional demeanor and presence to interact with guests and team members within the Company. High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Two years of maintenance experience is preferred. Possess excellent guest service skills to effectively deal with guests.
