What You’ll Do As the Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the operational excellence and customer satisfaction of our automotive onsite services division. You will lead daily operations at your assigned location(s), ensuring efficient processes, a safe work environment, budget compliance, and overall team success. Responsibilities may include: Manage daily operations and work delegation to ensure fair, balanced, and efficient workflows Coordinate with dealership departments to forecast inventory, build schedules, and foster strong cross‑functional partnerships Log all operational data and ensure full compliance with company procedures, budgets, and safety standards Coach, mentor, and develop team members while maintaining a positive, "YES" culture Inspect work quality, resolve conflicts, and jump in on any task necessary to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction Maintain site cleanliness and report updates directly to the Zone Manager Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a dependable, driven leader with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.
