You'll help deliver comprehensive care to patients of all ages in a supportive, outpatient clinic setting where your voice is heard, your work is respected, and your impact is real. --- What You'll Do * Support providers in delivering quality primary care and outpatient services to patients of all ages. * Perform direct patient care tasks such as administering medications, documenting vitals, and assisting with exams and procedures. * Ensure a clean, efficient, and safe clinical environment that promotes comfort and trust. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems. * Educate patients and families while supporting care coordination and follow-up. * Serve as a connector between patients, providers, and support resources to enhance care outcomes. * Occasionally participate in staff training, meetings, and patient outreach activities. --- What You'll Bring * Active certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA). * Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. ( American Heart Assoc. or Red Cross) * Experience working in a busy family clinic or similar healthcare setting preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records. * Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset. * Willingness to occasionally travel for meetings or professional development. --- Why Join Healthy Connections? * Four-day workweek for true work-life balance.
