Bayesian Health is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across the company, with a primary focus on engineering, data science, and AI/ML. This 6‑month fixed-term role includes building proactive sourcing, market mapping, and onboarding identity/work-history verification in screening processes. You’ll partner with hiring managers, set time-to-fill baselines, and drive faster, higher-quality hires.
