Ally Behavior is a full-time, center-based, early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy program, serving children with autism ranging from 18 months to 6 years of age. Our mission is to deliver the highest quality therapy to help our early learners reach their potential to communicate, improve social skills, and prepare for academic success. We are seeking a Regional Speech-Language Pathologist who can work across multiple locations throughout Maryland, Virginia or the DC Metropolitan Area. What Makes Us Unique: Full-time center-based work with a compensation potential of up to $100,000+ Monthly billable hour bonus eligibility In-house CEU's and professional development opportunities Loan forgiveness and tuition assistance up to $21,000 Guaranteed semi-monthly paycheck, regardless of client cancellations Interdisciplinary teams with Occupational Therapists & Board Certified Behavior Analysts Annual CEU Stipend of $1,000 Job Summary: To facilitate collaboration of care and superior treatment outcomes for our young learners, we currently have an opening for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Our center-based program delivers intensive early intervention for young children with autism. Each child receives 1-on-1 ABA therapy delivered by a technician and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the day. Most of our learners require Speech Therapy in addition to ABA and Occupational Therapy. We are looking for an energetic, motivated individual to provide high quality Speech Therapy, collaborate with our clinicians on case management, and help our learners maximize their potential. Our comprehensive onboarding and training approach will support and prepare you to provide the best possible therapy to our clients! Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Carry a client caseload of up to 23 clients Complete parent training with each client on their caseload once per quarter Complete a parent training following an evaluation or reevaluation within one month. Meet the billable hour expectations of 40 thirty-minute sessions (20 billable hours) per week Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and Board Certified Behavior Analysts to coordinate the therapy of shared clients Attend team meetings as scheduled Maintain strict client confidentiality following HIPAA protocol Maintain open communication with families and clinical teams to ensure the most effective treatment and goals Due to the nature of working with young children, all clinical staff are required to change diapers, assist with toileting, and be able to physically work on the floor with children Experiential & Certification Requirements: Masters Degree required from a program in Speech Language Pathology which is accredited by the Education Standards Board or whose practice meets ASHA certification requirements Current and active Speech Therapy licensure in the state(s) of hire Meet the education and experience requirements for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Experience with early intervention and working with children with autism Ability to be on-site from 8:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday required Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Must submit to a federal, state, and county background check Physical Requirements: Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crawl, squat, run or stand for extended periods of time Ability to reach and hold objects Ability to lift 30 pounds What You Will Bring: Enthusiasm to make a difference working with young children and their families Ability to maintain a caseload with a weekly billable hour requirement Exceptional ability in building trusting relationships and maintaining confidentiality Commitment to learn and pursue professional development Strong knowledge of SLP principles Strong leadership qualities Demonstration of professionalism and adherence to Ally policy to team members Effective communication skills Multi-tasking & time management Creative solutions to problems with the ability to quickly adapt Patience and calm demeanor in stressful situations Strong performance in team settings & collaboration with others What We Offer When Joining Our Team: Salaried, full-time position Monthly bonus eligibility (on top of base salary) Guaranteed semi-monthly paycheck (24) Company-sponsored DashPass 18 days of paid time off 9 paid holidays (5 set days + 4 "floating" holidays) CEU assistance and professional development opportunities Medical +HSA, Dental, and Vision coverage through Cigna Up to $9,000 in post-maternity childcare assistance 401(k) plan with company match.
