Job Description Job Description Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) Job Description Position Title Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) - Spine, Sports/Athletics, Head/Neck/Jaw, and Pelvic Floor Specialty Practice Location Cape Coral, Florida Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation * Compensation Range: $90,000-$110,000 annually * Additional compensation may include: Productivity bonuses and annual performance bonuses About the Practice Allied Physical Therapy Wellness Community is a private outpatient physical therapy practice specializing in spine rehabilitation, TMJ dysfunction, pelvic floor therapy, orthopedic injuries, and manual therapy. Our clinic emphasizes individualized one-on-one care, strong provider relationships, evidence-based treatment, wellness-focused care, and exceptional patient outcomes. Position Summary The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, spine, TMJ, pelvic floor, and/or musculoskeletal conditions in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about specialty care, manual therapy, patient education, and building long-term relationships with referral sources and our patients. We are open to hiring new providers and providing additional training and support. Primary Responsibilities * Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans * Treat patients with spine, orthopedic, TMJ, pelvic floor, post-surgical, and/or chronic pain conditions * Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education to support long term patient wellness and function * Document patient progress and maintain accurate, timely medical records * Coordinate care with physicians, dentists, oral surgeons, OB/GYNs, pain management providers, and other referral sources * Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as appropriate * Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff as needed * Maintain compliance with payer, regulatory, and practice standards * Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education * Help grow Allied Physical Therapy Wellness Community's specialty programs and referral relationships within the community Preferred Clinical Experience * Outpatient orthopedic and spine rehabilitation * Manual therapy * Pelvic floor therapy * TMJ dysfunction treatment * Dry needling * Vestibular rehabilitation * Women's health * Post-surgical rehabilitation * Chronic pain management Qualifications * Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program * Current Florida Physical Therapist license in good standing * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team * Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred * Pelvic floor, TMJ, dry needling, manual therapy, or specialty certifications a plus Benefits * Health insurance * Paid time off and holidays * 401(k) or retirement plan options * Flexible scheduling options * Career growth and leadership opportunities
