Maintenance Specialist

Maintenance Specialist Full Time - Union Position Minneapolis, MN

We're looking for a skilled, dependable Maintenance Specialist with experience in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair. If you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and taking pride in maintaining high-quality equipment and facilities, we'd love to hear from you. In this role, you'll perform preventative maintenance, diagnosis, repair mechanical and electrical issues, and complete a variety of maintenance projects. Position Duties:

• Perform maintenance duties, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and special projects involving refrigeration, electrical and general repair.
• Consult with a manager in planning specific job needs and arrange for necessary materials and supplies as needed.
• Respond to emergencies at assigned complexes as required.
• Operate low pressure boilers.

Qualifications:

• EPA certification, preferred
• Boilers license OR willingness to obtain certification within six months from start of employment.
• Valid driver's license.
