What You'll Do: Handle inbound calls and convert every real opportunity into a booked job using proven scripts Make daily outbound calls to past customers and new leads — cold calls, maintenance reminders, follow-ups, reviews, duct cleaning, memberships, and more Manage and confirm jobs on the schedule, acting as dispatcher and keeping the board moving Serve as a front-line customer service representative for our brands Take a rotating on-call shift covering 8pm–8am. Here's the good news: our AI answers the overnight calls. You're only stepping in for escalations or true after-hours emergencies the AI can't handle — not fielding every ring Pitch in on other admin duties as needed Hit your targets. Get rewarded. Simple.
