Key Responsibilities Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any concerns or changes to the supervising therapist Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as directed by the physical therapist Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to support ongoing recovery Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environmentAdhere to all safety protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure patient and staff safety Skills and Qualifications Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Missouri Proven experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Excellent organizational and time-management skills Join our team and become part of a healthcare organization committed to excellence, growth, and making a positive impact on patients’ lives.
