What You'll Do

As a Bakery Customer Service Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a memorable experience every time they visit. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers with a smile and assisting them with their orders.
Providing product recommendations and answering questions about our delicious baked goods.
Handling transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the display cases.
Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who has:

At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a food or retail setting.
A friendly and approachable personality with a passion for helping others.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
