In this role, you will be responsible for performing heavy-line repairs, and complex vehicle maintenance and repairs.Our technicians play a critical role in keeping our customers’ vehicles performing at the highest level through precision workmanship, and quality repairs. You will work closely with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and according to dealership and manufacturer standards.Responsibilities:Perform maintenance, and repairs on Ford vehicles, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and air conditioning systemsPerform heavy-line and engine repairs, including complex mechanical repairs and component replacementDiagnose and repair vehicle concerns using appropriate diagnostic tools, software, and manufacturer proceduresPerform warranty repairs in compliance with manufacturer specifications and dealership standardsCommunicate recommended repairs, maintenance needs, and estimated repair times to Service AdvisorsComplete all work accurately and efficiently as outlined on repair ordersFollow dealership processes, safety procedures, and quality standards while maintaining a clean and organized work areaQualifications:Ford certification preferredPrevious Ford technician experience preferredPrevious experience performing heavy-line and engine repairs requiredStrong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsExtensive knowledge of automotive systems and advanced vehicle repairsAbility to perform quality repairs with accuracy and attention to detailStrong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a teamCompensation & Perks:Competitive Pay: Uncapped CommissionOpportunities for career growth and advancementSupportive, team-oriented workplaceEmployee discounts and assistance programsVolunteer opportunities and employee engagement programsClosed on SundaysBenefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company contributionsLife insurancePaid time off and holidaysAccess to onsite nurse practitioners and wellness supportSubmit your application for consideration.
