Responsibilities Perform one-time comprehensive medical need assessments in an individual’s home. Provide expert recommendations for equipment, service, and care that empower members to maintain independence Complete straightforward documentation through our secure, user-friendly online portable accessible from any device Qualifications Current licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist (Sorry, No PTAs or COTAs). Malpractice/Liability Insurance (may be purchased at the time of job offer).
