General Function The Store Manager is an on‑floor leader who performs all store functions, coaches and inspires the team, and ensures that every associate delivers the Sunglass Hut Experience. Major Duties and Responsibilities Utilize The Sunglass Hut Experience tools to consistently deliver the sales plan and company objectives. Drive sales by continually identifying opportunities to achieve personal and store goals. Lead by example, coaching, developing, mentoring, and inspiring the team to enhance store performance. Employ a people‑first philosophy to grow careers, encourage teamwork, and retain talent through a development‑focused environment. Network, recruit, hire, and train staff using onboarding tools provided by The Sunglass Hut Experience. Inspire team growth through individual development plans. Create an inspirational and motivating work environment that reflects the brand’s integrity. Build an emotional connection within the store team that translates into sales and ensures each associate consistently delivers The Sunglass Hut Experience. Continuously coach and develop the team for consistent execution of The Sunglass Hut Experience. Develop customer relationships through interaction and feedback. Act as an ambassador for the Sunglass Hut brand. Build the brand by consistently executing brand standards. Stay adept at new merchandise, fashion trends, and product knowledge. Ensure impeccable execution of operational policies and procedures, maintaining brand standards. Communicate information regarding promotions, contests, and incentives to the team. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous leadership experience of 2+ years. Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of store operations. Detail‑oriented. Ability to use critical thinking to achieve absolute execution of operational components. Preferred Qualifications Employee pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. Additionally, a competitive bonus and/or commission plan may complement a first‑class total rewards package.
