Position Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor leads and coordinates all overnight maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency. This role provides hands-on leadership with a strong focus on electrical systems and extrusion machinery while minimizing downtime and supporting plant performance.

10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Midnight Shift)

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance technicians on overnight shift
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, controls, and production equipment
- Lead maintenance support for extrusion lines to ensure uptime
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Respond to breakdowns and perform root cause analysis
- Ensure safe, compliant maintenance practices
- Collaborate with production to minimize downtime
- Maintain maintenance records and reporting
- Train and mentor maintenance staff
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
- 5–8+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Strong experience with electrical systems, PLCs, and controls
- Extrusion equipment experience strongly preferred
Skills & Expertise
- Advanced troubleshooting (electrical, mechanical, controls)
- Knowledge of PLCs, drives, motors, and automation systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently on overnight shift
