More than 8,500 diverse student learners are provided an exceptional education experience throughout the district's early learning center, six elementary schools (K- Grade 5) including both French and Spanish Immersion programs, two middle schools (Grades 6-8), a high school (9-12), and the Edina Virtual Pathway online program. Enrichment Site Lead Location: Concord Elementary School | Status: Part Time | Schedule: Monday - Friday, Varies Hours between 2:00pm-5:00pm Position Summary With the focus to support and advance the Edina Public Schools' mission, vision and core values, the Enrichment Site Lead is responsible for assisting program specialists in the supervision of enrichment leads and to ensure the safe and effective operations at the building sites. Education And Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of related work experience. The following certifications and training are required upon hire or within six months of employment: CPR, First Aid, and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), DHS Certification. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: The wage for this position ranges from $20.76 to $25.85 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. New hires will typically start at the entry-level rate within the wage range, while candidates with relevant experience may be placed at a higher starting rate. These decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, in consideration of the individual's experience and the school district's budget.
