Detail-driven with accurate data entry skills. Excel skills and comfort with office software. Strong organizational habits and ability to prioritize. Trustworthy and committed to confidentiality. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. 6 months to 1 year of experience in the transportation/warehousing industry preferred. Experience with AS400 application preferred. What You’ll Do: Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer and shipment records. Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally. Generate invoices, delivery receipts, and process billing transactions. Report and process billing adjustments as needed. Coordinate daily pick‑ups and schedule store deliveries. Manifest consolidated truckloads and support dispatch operations. Resolve customer complaints via phone or email promptly. Assist with dispatch inquiries, account questions, and general service requests. Demonstrate strong teamwork, cooperation, and adaptability with colleagues and clients.
