Position

As a Principal, you will have a growing role in thought leadership, team mentoring, business development, and will work with Managers to embed a culture of delivery excellence in line with JMAN values throughout the business.

You will focus on building client relationships that are strong and lasting. Clients will seek your advice on business issues that extend beyond the immediate scope of the project. Thus, you take a big-picture approach to solving the clients’ broader issues, which helps them define the strategic direction of their organizations.

You will lead, enthuse, and develop teams (especially team leaders) across the business during project delivery and day to day work. You will continue to contribute to project delivery through input and quality assurance, and by providing steer to Managers as they run project delivery. This will also include driving knowledge sharing across the business to drive delivery excellence.

You will work with the Associate Partners and Partners to understand the overarching strategy and develop plans to make this happen on the ground.

You will continue to generate billable revenue for the company through personal delivery across projects, working to deliver an individual revenue target agreed with the Managing Partner and Head of Finance.

Requirements

Commercial Leadership & Growth

• Support the development and execution of JMAN's strategic growth plans.
• Help identify new market opportunities, services and solutions.
• Work closely with senior leadership to translate strategy into action.
• Bring market insight and commercial thinking to support business performance.

Client Leadership

• Act as a trusted adviser to senior client stakeholders.
• Build credibility with executives and decision-makers.
• Develop a deep understanding of client objectives and challenges.
• Create long-term partnerships that drive mutual success.

Commercial Management

• Take ownership of commercial performance across a portfolio of clients.
• Maintain visibility of pipeline health, profitability and future opportunities.
• Balance client outcomes with commercial objectives.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and strategic account planning.

Project Oversight

• Provide leadership across multiple client engagements.
• Support teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and exceptional client experiences.
• Coach project leaders and help remove barriers to success.
• Ensure delivery quality, commercial viability and client satisfaction.

• Base salary: $200,000
• Bonus: Performance-based discretionary bonus
• Working Model: Hybrid (minimum 4 days in-office, NYC)
