An executive-level role leading people, building systems, and keeping a fast-moving firm running at a high standard. 5–8 years of operations, administration, or office-management experience in a service business.
About the RoleIf you're the kind of person who naturally takes charge, fixes what's broken, and keeps a fast-moving operation running smoothly, we should talk. This is an executive-level role with authority, autonomy, and a direct impact on how the firm grows.
Compensation and Benefits$75,000–$85,000 base salary plus performance bonuses
Health insurance and 401(k) employer match
Paid holidays, 3 weeks PTO, 1 week sick pay, and parental leave
$75,000 – $85,000 + bonuses
Responsibilities: What You'll DoOversee daily operations and accountability across departments
Manage payroll, reconcile IOLTA accounts, and review financials
Lead meetings, set goals, and track action items
Conduct performance reviews and coach team members
Build onboarding, training, and process documentation
Manage vendors and review expenses
Partner with the CEO to execute strategy and drive growth
5–8 years of operations, administration, or office-management experience in a service-driven business
A confident leader who sets clear expectations and follows through
Skilled in decision-making, problem-solving, and difficult conversations
Comfortable with CRMs, project-management tools, automation, and new technology
A systems thinker who leads with empathy and supports accountability
